Succumb shall not incur any liability, nor shall any right accrue to the purchaser by reason of any misrepresentation arising from either printing or clerical errors, statements in oral, written or any other form by third parties. In no event shall Succumb, its employees or the manufacturers of the products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages whether in tort or contract, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use of the products advertised in this catalogue. All products sold in this catalogue are sold as novelties only and is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the suitability and nature of use of any products. All items & colours are available whilst stocks last. By placing an order from this catalogue the purchaser certifies that he or she is over 18 years of age.
Exchange/Return Policy.
Due to hygienic reasons and the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges/returns for incorrect choice or change of mind. Please choose carefully before you buy. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All products are hygienically tested to ensure they are working correctly before dispatch. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.
All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the approval of Succumb. Exchanges/returns will be at the discretion of management.
Purchaser shall be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Claims can be made via phone/mail/email. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition in original packaging. Proof of purchase must accompany any return.
There is a limited 30 day warranty due to any defect in materials or workmanship, if the product fails to maintain its integrity or moving parts become inoperable. We will not warranty or replace any item damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorised repair or any other alteration not in the control of the supplier.
Some products come with a 12 month warranty, if you are making a claim on one of these products please return all chargers and cradles supplied with the toy. Original packaging is not required when returning a product that has warranty.
